How do I search for a specific item or product?

Search for products by entering the product name or keyword into the Search Bar at the top of any page. Try to enter a general description. The more keywords you use, the fewer products you will get on the results page. When you find a product you’re interested in, simply click the product name or the product image for more details.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method (air, sea or land) as well as the product’s weight & volume. Different shipping companies have different rates, so it’s best to check and compare which is the most affordable and economical for your specific location. We offer reliable & Free or “Reasonable Rates” shipping on all our items. If you have any questions about shipping costs that are not covered on our website, please contact us directly “use the blue “Support Button” tx.

Are there any additional fees?

No, we don’t charge any additional fees, everything will be calculated for you at check-out, HOWEVER, you need to be aware that depending on your order the items you purchased may be fulfilled and shipped to you from the US, Europe or China.

Example: If you live in let’s say Los Angeles and your item is shipped from let’s say Spain!
This may (or may not) incur some additional customs duties/clearing or admin fees as per your country’s customs regulations (in this example: California, USA)
We are not responsible to cover these fees and we have no accurate method to calculate them as they vary by Country and State (like in the USA)
Those fees – as the case may be –  were not included in the price you paid, the buyer is solely responsible for their customs fees or taxes as per their location (where the order will be delivered)
– Having said that! There is absolutely nothing to worry about, in most (almost ALL) cases, those fees are calculated as a small percentage from the item’s cost and the shipping company or postal service like USPS automatically handles the paperwork & clearance on your behalf then collects this small fee from you on delivery.

What is “Buyer Protection”?

Buyer Protection is a set of guarantees that enables our customers to shop with confidence on our website.

You are FULLY protected when:

  • The item you ordered did not arrive within the time frame as promised.
  • The item you received was not as described.

Not to mention that we employ the latest online safety and security measures on our website (example the SSL certificates and payment encryption etc.)

What’s the return policy?

  • Due to the “electronic” nature of our items and how fragile some items are, we ask you to fully inspect your order on delivery and if you see anything that is not acceptable to you let the delivery person/company know – just ask them to take note and accept the item, take a photo with your phone camera and contact us right away!
  • We strive to provide an excellent service and certainly hope that you will be pleased with your purchase, but we are all humans and sometimes mistakes happen, so if we have made a mistake and shipped a wrong or a faulty item to you we will provide you with instructions on how to ship it back to us, and we will replace it with the correct ordered item or refund your order (once we receive the item back)
    – Please note that if you opt for a refund, we can only refund the amount you paid for the item (for example: if you paid other fees like customs fees, etc. we are unable to refund that since it was not paid to us.
  • If you need to return a purchased item for any other reason and within 15 days of receiving it, we will be happy to help,  just contact our service team here: contact us!
    We do have different suppliers with different return policies and depending on the item, there may be a “re-stocking” fee charged upon return before a refund can be actioned
    Items to be returned need to be intact (in their original condition) unused and in their original packaging exactly as you received them.
  • We will not accept a return of any item that has been opened (of course with the exception of “faulty” items, these are always covered), and will not accept a return of any item that has been used.

Order cancellation

All orders can be canceled – free of charge – until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for shipped orders if:

  • You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 business days not including 2-5 day processing)
    – Note: Depending on your chosen shipping method and shipping time your guaranteed time could be less than that (example: if you chose 7 days DHL)
  • You received the wrong item
  • You do not want the product you have received (but you will return the item at your expense and the item must be unused and in its original state and packaging)

We do not issue the refund if:

  • Your order does not arrive due to factors that are within your control (e.g. you provided the wrong shipping address, or refused to pay the customs duty)
  • Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)
  • Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of cooltech.life (worker strikes, natural calamity etc.)

*You can submit your refund request within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has elapsed. You can do it by sending a message.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, it will show on your account within 14 days f processing.

Please do not send your purchase back to us until you have contacted us and received the confirmation & the return instructions.
